Terms and conditions

Welcome to piwzoka. These terms and conditions establish the legal relationship between Alan Campbell and any individual utilizing our repair services or website. By engaging with our team in Castlebar, you agree to the following provisions.

Service scope

Our expertise is limited to the repair and restoration of bags and related accessories. Each item submitted to piwzoka undergoes a technical inspection by Alan Campbell or one of our three senior craftsmen. We reserve the right to refuse service if an item is deemed structurally unsalvageable or if the materials required are no longer available in the Irish market.

Pricing and payment

All estimates provided via help@piwzoka.click are preliminary until a physical inspection is conducted at our Springfield facility. Final prices include the cost of specialized leathers, hardware, and labor. Payment must be settled in full before the item is released back to the customer. We are a VAT registered business under number IE3750573OH and all applicable taxes are included in our final quotes.

Liability and limitations

The restoration of vintage or heavily used leather involves inherent risks. While we use the highest quality agents and tools, piwzoka and Alan Campbell cannot be held liable for the natural degradation of materials that occurs during the technical cleaning or stitching process. Our liability is strictly limited to the cost of the repair service provided. We do not offer compensation for sentimental value or indirect losses.

Warranties

We provide a ninety day warranty on all stitching and hardware replacements performed by our team. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper storage, accidental spills, or general wear and tear after the item has left our Springfield workshop. All claims under this warranty must be accompanied by the original receipt issued by piwzoka.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from our services or the use of this website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically as they may be updated to reflect changes in local consumer protection legislation.
